Information
Raw, first pressed and unfiltered. Pressed in small batches in California using our custom-built 316L stainless-steel press — a premium non-reactive material trusted in medical applications and exceptionally well suited for direct contact with food and delicate botanical oils.
Our process uses slow, gentle pressure with frictionless extraction and zero added heat, maintaining the oil below 30°C (86°F). No solvents, chemical refining, deodorizing, bleaching, filtering, artificial flavors, fragrances or additives.
Because nothing is refined or filtered out, the oil may appear naturally cloudy or contain fine sediment, especially when refrigerated.
Benefits
Fresh, raw, first-pressed pine nut oil from food-grade pine nuts. Unfiltered. Origin Mongolia on the label; pressed and bottled in California.
It has a golden color and delicate nutty flavor, and is valued as a culinary finishing oil for salads, pesto, pasta, vegetables and yogurt — not for frying. A few drops are also used on skin and hair.
Freshly pressed, unrefined and unfiltered, preserving the pine nut’s natural color, aroma and naturally occurring compounds.
Ingredients
One cold-pressed oil, and nothing else. No blends, no fillers, no second pressings.
Storage
Refrigerate after opening.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and protected from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
For best flavor and freshness, use within 3 months of press date.
Natural variation in color, aroma, flavor, or sediment may occur because the oil is unfiltered and minimally processed.
How to Use
Enjoy straight from the spoon, add to smoothies, or drizzle over salads and finished dishes. Do not heat. Pine Nut Oil can also be applied directly to the skin as a nourishing botanical oil. To preserve freshness and naturally occurring precious vitamins and minerals, keep refrigerated and use within 3 months of the press date.
Texture
Raw and unfiltered, so it may look cloudy or leave fine sediment — especially straight from the refrigerator.
Key ingredient
Pine Nuts
Mongolian pine nuts are first-pressed into an unfiltered oil for food, skin, and hair. Refrigerate and use within 3 months; the oil conditions both and keeps the seed’s natural flavor intact.
