We source from American farmers whenever possible, with a strong preference for California-grown ingredients. Our pistachios and walnuts are grown in California, and we actively seek American-grown nuts and seeds for our oils and superfoods—even when they cost considerably more.

When a particular botanical is not commercially grown in the United States or the quality we require is unavailable domestically, we carefully source it from its traditional growing region. We choose ingredients based on origin, growing practices, freshness and quality—not simply the lowest price.

Supporting American farmers and keeping our sourcing as close to home as possible is an important part of the OILURY philosophy.
