If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email lana@oilury.com and we will help.
1. Eligibility
Request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Include your order number or other proof of purchase.
Living Beauty (facial mist, face oil, hair oil, and other personal-care items): you may return an opened or unused item within 30 days if you are not satisfied. Please reseal what you can and pack it safely.
Live Raw Oils and Fresh Superfoods (oils and protein powders): for change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Opened food products cannot be returned for a change of mind (we cannot resell them).
Damaged or defective items of any kind are handled below, whether opened or not.
We ship to the United States only. We cannot accept returns from outside the U.S.
2. How to return
Email lana@oilury.com with your order number and reason.
Wait for approval and return instructions before you ship anything back.
You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Use a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will email you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 business days of our inspection.
Original outbound shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is our error.
4. Exchanges
Email us first so we can confirm the replacement is in stock. We process the exchange after we receive the original item.
5. Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or defective, email lana@oilury.com right away with photos. We will replace the item or refund you, including return shipping if we ask you to send it back.
